NOTHING-NESS

The only reason I'm posting this is because I'm supposed to be studying for the CPA exam (which is way overrated, by the way) and I've already exhausted my other procrastination resources (searching blogs, checking emails, Facebooking it).

I really don't have much to say except that my heart rate monitor finally worked properly last night and I discovered that I've got 3 bras that work well with the monitor (the one I wore last night, plus the other 2 just like it). The other 12 that I own just aren't going to cut it unless I man up and order the smaller strap.

I'll add that to my list of things to do that has, ironically, gotten really out of control.

I did go to FitCamp last night and let Rick torture me. As in, step up/step down followed by really short relays across the gym floor followed by 6 flights of stairs. Over and over and over again. He's really getting this torture thing down. After FitCamp I headed over to the track workout where I was planning on doing 3 easy miles. I did the 3 easy miles, but froze my rear end and my fingers off. Who knew running in 30 degree weather was so brutal? I did learn a hard lesson though. Doing FitCamp, followed by running, is not fun. The other way around (running and then FitCamp ) seems to fit my personality a little better. I'll have to work on that.

The rest of this week you can find me going to FitCamp (Wed/Thu/Sat) and running (3 easy miles Wed/Fri/Sat and 7 miles on Sunday).

Or procrastinating.
