Suggested by Derek and Lisa:
An LA Based DJ has created a series of mixes at a steady beat per minute. They range from 130bpm to 181bpm. I found I run well at a 167-169 pbm rate.
The mixes are electronic dance music oriented, so apologies if that's not you thing. Cool thing is it's set up as a Podcast - point iTunes at it and let it download a new mix each week.
Posted by: crossn81: There is a site called fitpod that allows you to select a variety of different paces and levels of music for your ipod. I personally didn't utilize it very much because I prefer podcasts. It might be a good resource for you and fellow runners!
