NASA Supports Joggling?

Brian ofUpforgrabsfame took a trip to theSmithsonian Air and Space Museum Annex at Dulles Airport in Virginiaand ran across this picture.

Could it be that people are going to start joggling on the moon?  Or maybe, they were just talking about some piece of a rocket.  No matter.  Anything that gets joggling in the news is good in my book.
