my throat gets dry and sore when im physically active and it always has i have always had it since i can remember

Drink water before you are physically active to help with your hydration. Also, drink water while you are active. With many people, a dry and sore throat means they are doing too much exercise for their body condition. However, in your case you've had throat problems as long as you can remember, so you may have a more serious problem. Have you ever discussed this with a doctor?
