I’m finally getting around to officially deciding on my first race this year. On March 4th, I’ll be running the B&A Trail Half Marathon in Annapolis and I’m really excited! Since this race is two weeks before the Rock n Roll USA Half that I registered for quite awhile back, I’ll be using this plan as the bulk of my training for that race too.

This plan incorporates far more cross training than I’ve ever done. While it doesn’t look like much, it’s an awful lot for me. I’ll have a yoga class and two swims every week, plus whatever additional gym classes and workout DVDs I throw in. I’ll also *finally* be getting my bike towards the end of February and I’m really excited for that. This is going to be an amazing spring for me. I can feel it. Here’s to a healthy and strong season!
