Hi guys! So I have been dying to share this with you for a couple months. I’ve never done a giveaway although I have been given various opportunities for them. I’ve done this a thousand times before, so I’ll let the pictures do the talking. I wear compression sleeves or socks everywhere. To the beach, to run, to race, to zumba, to sleep, around town, under clothes, basically all the time. They make my legs feel SO much better. I’ve found that my recovery is faster both from wearing them while running and after. It keeps the blood flowing easier and when I do take them off (only to wash them about once a week, lets be honest), my legs feel so refreshed.

Here’s where I’m going to tell you to do what works for you. I’m going to give you my own sizing. I have man-calves. I’m being completely serious and it’s not in a self-deprecating way. My calves are the size of a small person’s thighs, I’m pretty sure. I build muscle easier than the average person. With that being said, I still wear a size small in the compression socks despite the fact that I wear a size 10.5 sneaker. I’ve found that if I wear a smaller size than I normally would, it not only prevents them from stretching out before I wash them, but it also keeps them tighter around my calves for longer. So if I were you I’d say go a size smaller than you think you need, but that’s just my opinion!
