week in review
Well I completed one week of working out. I worked out 6 of 7 days. Lifted 3 and ran 16 miles. Might not sound like much but it better than not working out at all or only getting one or two runs in which were mostly junk miles. Let's see how it goes this week.

Switching to my new schedule Monday is now a lift day. It was a little easier than last week. I can feel the buzz in my arms so I know I worked them, but I don't have the ache when trying to lift them. It's hasn't clicked yet, but getting better.

Part of the battle is just showing up.
