Food Today in our house was Meatless Monday or it was supposed to be. It seems like I can breeze through breakfast and lunch without a hitch, but dinner always dinner trips me up a bit. I had prepared a perfectly delicious spinach lasagna (I posted the recipe on my foodish ways blog) but instead we went over to a friends house and ate fish tacos I know what happened to meatless mondays well we will be partaking in spinach lasagna tomorrow for dinner. (But on the positive side the fish was grilled) Workout I did 2.25 miles on the treadmill. Then my husband wanted to walk the dogs so me and Makayla decided to tagalong, ended up walking about 45 mins. also did I repition of five FitDeck cards. ( Speaking of FitDeck if you haven't already entered my drawing you only have a couple more days, I know shameless plug but do me a favor and enter anyway http://ehaggins.blogspot.com/) The Plan for tomorrow: Food : Breakfast: I think i will roll with oatmeal again it was really good today, I added a tbs. of flaxseed with blueberries. Lunch: Smart ones entree, fruit smoothie Dinner: you guessed it spinach lasagna, salad, and garlic bread Workout: I am either going to use it as a rest day or do well heck i think ima just take it off. :) You know I always have questions being new to running I am trying to get as much information as possible. So what are the three things you can not do without on race day??
