It was hot run and I was in all black so that didn't really help, but I wanted to beef up my runs and try out my new shoes and my Patellar Tendon straps for my knees.The run felt pretty good. Not super fast but I kept a consistent pace, I could feel myself slow down after the 3rd mile. Secretly I wanted to do 5 miles. That is my normal loop, but with the heat and I just wasn't feeling it so I made a deal that I would go 4 miles. Why push to hard. 5 hours later my legs are still buzzing, but not like they did on Saturday and my knees do feel better so I do think the PT straps helped. We will see. Still feel like I'm trying to get my running legs back. Which sucks. I picked the black shoes because I hoped the wouldn't look as dirty as my other shoes.
