Got up early today since I couldn't sleep and headed out on a little brick this morning. After my last two Tri's I need to pick up my game a little. I did a short compact 11 mile ride in a loop near my house that had some hills and flats. I wanted to stay close in case I got tired and also need to get home quick for work. I didn't plan on doing a run afterwards but I had some time so I quickly threw on the shoes and did a quick 1.6 mile loop around the subdivision just to keep my legs in shape as well. I need to get some good swims in this week. That used to be my second best part, but I certainly didn't show it in the last two races.
