Let's keep this short and sweet today before I depress myself even further over the fact that I'm currently not running, hell, I'm hardly moving. Whatever I did (still blaming the bus), it's got me and got me good. No running, walking hurts, stairs kill. So I've rested completely on Tuesday and did my other new love's yoga videos yesterday (Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown 1 & 2).
Jillian rocks. Did you know that? Like I told you before, I'm pretty much late to every single party out there and have only just become obsessed with The Biggest Looser. I could watch it all day. What a sob-fest but it's also so inspiring to watch these people work their booteys off to get healthy. It's never too late to make changes to your life, right? And although Bob is pretty hot, I really, really, heart Jillian. She could scream at me like that all day long. When I grow up, I want to look like her. Her body is amazing, isn't it? Rock hard. Well, I think I got about five inches on her, but still... I love her yoga meltdown because it gets your heart rate going, so personnally I feel like I get more of a workout and I actually break a sweat doing her stuff!
