I went to three minutes of running for every one minute of walking.
This mean I can run for 21 minutes. To me, that feels like something.
My schedule here is not regular, so sometimes sticking to the every
other day goal is tricky. Something I hate as much as I used to hate
running is getting up early. So when I got up at 5:45am to have time to go for my run, I was proud of myself. It feels good to stick to the plan, to see improvements, and to notice that I can actually run further and longer, even after just a few days.
