Try taking a couple days of rest and then resume your walking, only walk every other day. Your body needs at least 48 hours to recover from a walk. Later, after your body is stronger and you aren't having aches and pains from walking, you can add a 4th day per week. Start that new day with just a short walk around 1/5 to 1/10 the distance of the other days. Increase your new day by 5-10% per week. Also be sure you stretch before and after your walks.
