Well I definitely took my motivation today from The little engine that could on my weekly bike ride with my husband. It was hard but I persevered and made it, we only did about a 40 min ride (if I left it up to my husband it would have been over an hour) and honestly for as much mess as I give him I am glad he goes with me otherwise I would probably only make it down the street. We also went through the upper body FitDeck cards, still working on the arms give me a couple weeks and I will post pictures of the guns :)
Eating today I did really good
Breakfast :a banana and a 1pt weight watchers bar
Lunch: smart one turkey and potatoes entree and a cup of broccoli
Dinner:Grilled pork chop w/ avocado and pico de gallo (yummy), brown rice and green beans
Snack:1/2 Clif bar, greek yogurt with Kashi Go Lean and Heart to Heart cereal and about 1 tsp. agave it was sooooo good let me tell you.
I plan on doing about 2 miles running
Breakfast: plain oatmeal and a banana
Lunch: Smart One beef and potatoes (gotta mix it up)
Dinner: well that's my wild card haven't decided yet, we are lighting the grill so whatever looks the best I will be eating.
