I'm not really a big yoga fan although I always feel like I should get into it since I never really stretch and I keep getting injured. Jillian's yoga is actually what I imagine "yoga for runners" should be because it's a mix of yoga and cardio and you do a lot more reps of the poses than just holding the pose. Funny how I don't really like yoga or Jillian that much but the two of them together I like a lot.
After day 3 of the 30 Day Shred today, I put on the Level 2 and Level 3 workouts while I did my PT stretches and got ready for work so I can see what I'm in for. Level 2 and 3 are no joke- I think I will do an even split and do 10 days at level 1, 10 at level 2, and 10 at level 3. My legs feel shaky and sore this morning after my workout- usually something that only a long run can do for me- is it weird that that's my favorite feeling?
Also, I have a question for you all- How much fruit do you eat each day? How much do you think is too much? I've been eating like 4 clementines a day, plus maybe a banana and Jason pointed out yesterday it might be too much- I haven't turned orange from the clementines yet but I guess he may still have a point
