Try a slightly larger size of shoe. Blisters imply movement between the shoe and your foot. In general, you want about half an inch between the end of your longest toe and the inside edge of the toe-box. Try a thicker sock. Use a shoe that is made from a flexible upper material to minimize the risk of blisters.
