4 months ago i was kneeling down at work doing a procedure when i tried to get up i twisted something that it gave me an terible pain that i could not put my foot down . i wore a knee brace for two wks and i felt little better so i thought but evry day i am limping i can not put to much presure and i take pain medication evry day to be able to sleep or walk and go to work
