Sorry to hear about your knee. My main question is whether this is a muscular not or something else. If it is muscular I would try to massage it with a little lotion or bengay several times a week and take it easy. If it's not muscular, I would have it checked out by your doc.

I have been training for a half marathon and I have like a knot behind my knee, that has been effecting my runs. What can I do to make it go away other than stop running.
