Hello, i feel a painful burning type sensation when running. This usually starts hurting as soon as i start running, walking is fine tho? Feels like bone is rubbing together or some kind of tendon inflammation, Please help me!!

Do stretches to strengthen your hips/groin, knees, quads. The stretches I do are
here. Be sure you have the right shoes for your feet. There are three kinds of shoes, and you might have the wrong ones. Don't get "mall store" shoes. Go to a reputable running store. Change your shoes every 300-500 miles. If you run on indoor tracks or on roads with a lot of crown, reverse your direction such that each foot takes its turn on being on the lower part of the road or on the inside of turns.
