I did it!!!

After 2 weeks of intense interval/long-run training, I just ran a 5:58.05 mile, cutting 15 seconds off my time. Now I have to go to a real track and confirm it... as opposed to running around my block 3x (which according to mapmyrun.com is 1 mile).
