How to Sleep Better – Infographic Friday

So. We celebrated my dad’s birthday last night. We stayed over at my parents until after 9pm [my bedtime, don't laugh, I get up at 4:45 every morning]. Which means that when we finally managed to get home it was 10pm. And then I [un]wisely made the decision to watch this week’s episode of Criminal Minds with the boy. So when my alarm went off this morning, I was less than pleased. Two cups of coffee, breakfast and a kombucha later, and I’m still feeling like a shell of my normal self. I don’t do well without sleep. At all. I am irritable and out of it. Which is what makes today’s infographic Friday so fitting.


How many hours of sleep do you normally get? I get between 7 and 8 and I like to keep it that way. Anything less and I end up feeling like crap.
