I am a returning cross country runner and have only been out running once this summer. I was wondering if you had some fun ways for me to get in shape before the fall season begins. Thanks ahead of time for you help!
Do some 2-3 mile Long Slow Distance runs to get back into the grove of running. Don't worry about speed, just run for fun and a comfortable pace in which you could talk with a running buddy. Then do a 5K or two to get some motivation going for you.
