HIT Week 4 (3/1-3/7)

Well, this past week wasn’t super eventful, but I did manage to survive through week four of keeping my butt in gear! My schedule looked something like this:

M: Spin
T: 4.15 Mile Run (outside)
W: Spin & Lift
T: Clean House
F: Spin & Lift
S: 5 Mile Race
S: Bake/Cook (9 hrs in my kitchen!)

I had my first race of the season and it went really good! You can read the full race report and see the photos here . It was amazing weather and it turned out to be a great race for me! I felt fast…!

Other than the race my weekly workouts were pretty boring. On Thursday I opted to clean house instead of run – my legs were tired and my house was dirty! I did run outside on Tuesday which was a lot better than running on the indoor track! I’m excited for the awesome weather we are supposed to have this coming week. Well, the weather itself may not be awesome (rain..) but at least the temperatures look awesome. I’ll just need to get my butt outside!
