The fact that it went away is good news. As a suggestion, try cutting the time of your jogging in half. Also, begin and end your workouts with 5 minutes of walking. Then a minute or two of slower jogging. Your body needs to warm up and cool down after your workouts. And, be sure you stretch before and after.
Here are the stretches I do. Be very gentle (easy pulls and no pain) when you stretch so you don't cause an injury from the stretching.
