I had ultrasound and stretching about 2 months after first tearing it but the muscle had not healed and a lot of scar tissue built up. I had the scar tissue removed through alternative treatment 8 months after first tearing it which included electric pulses to break it up and heavy massage. This was followed by acupuncture. This was 3 weeks ago and now it feels like the injury has moved to the front my leg/hip. Nothing seems to be working and I am not sure which advice to follow
