Since I got sick a few weeks ago I haven't resumed my totally usual workout and jogging routine! I feel restless but the rain and cold and my still low energy have all conspired with a busy schedule to keep me from going for it.
Honestly though, last Friday I actually drove to the pool and forgot it closes early on Fridays.
So I set up my text reminder from Wellspere to remind me starting tomorrow. That would be good. I actually really need the workouts for emotional poise (the endorphins) and extra energy.
