Hamstring Injuries & Stretching

Posted by angela p.

City Sports Magazine has a helpful diagram of the hamstrings which are in the back of the upper legs. They are attached to parts of the pelvis on top and just below the knee joint at their bottom. Particularly painful muscles to injure, the three hamstring muscles are very susceptible to tears, strains and other common sporting injuries. The article demonstrates useful stretches to avoid injury. http://tinyurl.com/yol9qb
