We had a wellness clinic at work today. So I had my cholesterol checked and it went down. In 1998 it was 275 First time having it checked. What a shock.. In 1999 it was 255 after I stopped drinking milk In 2006 it was 247 after ridding a bike over 6000 in 4 years But today with the running /biking and a little change in my diet it was 195 I guess I'll be running more and eating more Salmon.
