Goals and Resolutions.....Better late than never?!

I have been planning to put some of my goals and resolutions in writing, but I have been procrastinating..... I decided that I should probably work on THAT particular resolution NOW!
Eat a healthier more well balanced diet
Lose 35 pounds (short term goal to lose 20 pounds by March 5)
Reward myself for reaching short term goals with something other than FOOD!
Stick to my training plan for Boston
Lift weights more consistently
Stop using the phrase, "I know I don't look like a runner but..."
Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
Eat dinner together as a family at least twice weekly
Spend more quality time with my family
Spend more time praying and meditating
Have date time with Ray at least once a month
Be silly (okay, sillier!)
Spend quality time working on fundraising for Camp
Learn to forgive imperfection in myself and others
Oh, and one last thing.....in the coming year I intend to.......
