No running today, but I did some stretching and a lot of walking.
I picked up a yoga DVD tonight also and I plan to give it a try tomorrow.....should be interesting! I will be sure to post about my attempt!

I have been doing really well with my diet and not getting TOO crazed......oh, wait there WAS that one little moment this evening when I was REALLY craving something sweet. We were coming home from Target and about to pass a frozen yogurt place....I was about to suggest to Ray that we stop and have a Friday night treat....but all of a sudden I started saying over and over (in my head!)........"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels....Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.".....I was in a panic, trying NOT to yell at Ray to turn around as we passed the yogurt place! We managed to get home without the frozen yogurt, so I guess the diet crisis is over! I just need to get through this next week and a half and then I can add a little more variety to my meals and snacks! Other than that one little episode though, I have been doing great and I feel pretty good.

For the record though....I'm not all that sure about NOTHING tasting as good as skinny feels, but it got me home without cheating on my diet, so I will have to remember that quote!
