Fitness Friday

Time for a recap of this weeks fitness.

Saturday

  • Rest Day and Cole’s last football game.  They lost in the first round of the tournament.

Sunday

Monday

  • Strength Training focusing on Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps

Tuesday

  • 7.5 mile run at an average pace of 9:12

Wednesday

  • 10.2 mile run at an average pace of 8:47
  • Strength Training focusing on Chest, Back and Abs

Thursday

  • Tone Up Circuit

Thursday I also had the pleasure of visiting our State Capital with Cole on his fourth grade field trip.

Friday

  • 15.5 mile bike ride at an average pace of 4:20

Saturday

  • 5K Monster Ball Run

I am super excited to run the Monster Ball Run!  It’s an obstacle race where zombies chase after you.  How cool is that!  I am super stoked!  I really wanted to run a Run For Your Lives but there is not a race coming anywhere near us down here in Orange Beach.   Hopefully I can finish the race “uninfected” with all/some of my flags!
