This was a phenomenal full body workout that included the TRX (obviously) along with intervals that utilized body weight exercises, the BOSU ball, and medicine balls. I felt my muscles burning and was definitely sore afterwards – a sign of an amazing workout! ( DOMS is the best feeling ever. Seriously.) Again, Exceed Fitness, you have outdone yourself. I WILL be back!

Post-TRX, Ashley, Beth, Abby, and I went for a few drinks to top off a perfect evening. So thankful to have great friends who share my interests in all things running and fitness. And wine. And going to bars in sweaty workout clothes.
