So, my first run didn't kill me. I didn't feel like my entire body was
going to fall apart or that my lungs were on fire. My neck, ears, feet
and shins all felt fine (those were the body parts that just couldn't
take running in the past). In fact, at the end of my run, I felt like it
was something I'd consider doing again someday. I read that running
every other day is ideal, to give your body a day of repair. This works
well, because I think that's a much more reasonable goal to set for
myself. 30 minutes of running, every other day. That's the goal.
