Exercise and Diet

I have been really good with exercise. I got up today at 6 and was on the road at 6:30. I ran about 1 mile more than my usual route. I need to work on my tunes, they really motivate me!

I need to eat better. Oh, why do I love mexican food so much! I just don't like salad. I need to find a healthy balance. :-)
