I've always eaten a lot but lately as I've been pushing my training up over 20 hours a week I've been eating at a very impressive rate. So far today I have eaten an egg, cheese, and bagel sandwich; large bowl of oatmeal; 2 pieces toast; slice of pizza; large bowl of cous cous, eggplant, peas, and leeks; large kale and roasted tofu salad; small bowl fruit salad; huge lemon ginger marinated tofu sandwich; large serving tortilla chips; 1 apple; large plate of black beans, shrimp, and rice with kiwi salsa; large bowl of fruity pebbles; and 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter. And it's only 9:00. I'm sure I'll have another snack or two before bed.
