Well I went running at lunch today. My Nike + needed to be recalibrated so I decided to run on the indoor track. I didn't think I would like it, but it wasn't that bad. Its a little weird running around in circles in the club, but I guess its better than a treadmill. I just did a quick 3 miles. I hope to stretch it to 4 on Thursday's run. The neck is slowly loosening up more, but still still and hard to turn my head. I bent wrong this morning and tweaked my back. I thought it was going to be really bad, but it worked its way out. I need to go back to my exercise.
