Day 2: Back at work on Paleo

I knew today might be a challenge going back to work. Mostly because yesterday I woke up at 10 am and didn't eat until almost noon. That throws the whole eating schedule off when you have to get up at 6:30 am the next day. Well it went pretty well overall. I ate consistently throughout the day with little hunger. I did have a headache for a few hours but this is very normal when you body is detoxing from carbs and sugar. Towards the end of the day it went away. I went to my UXF Ripped class tonight at 6 pm. I was happy to find out it was more weight based/less cardio. I was definitely feeling fatigued but not sick. I got through the workout just fine. I started getting hungry towards the end but luckily it was only about 20 minutes until I could get home and eat dinner. Overall it was a successful day!

5 oz of Haddock
1/2 cup kale with garlic and olive oil
1/2 grapefruit
Vanilla Tea

 "Trail Mix"

1/4 cup of raw sunflower seeds1/8 cup of pumpkin seeds1/4 cup of raw almonds2 pieces of "Just Mango" unsweetened dried Mango cut up.small apple
3oz of chicken breasts made in 1 tbs coconut oil with curry and black pepper2 cups of baby spinach
3 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of bell pepper strips
1 mini Persian cucumber
6 baby carrots
2 tbs of Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon Juice
1 hard boiled egg

1 small sweet potato
1 small banana

3oz of 96/4 ground beef
1/2 cup kale with garlic and olive oil
1/2 cup of butternut squash

55 minute UXF Ripped class
