I have been trying to decide the best route to take to get this excess weight off and after some research have decided to try this diet. I KNOW that everyone say's, "Don't DIET....just adopt a healthier way of eating!" Well, the problem with THAT is....it just doesn't always WORK that way! First of all....Ray needs to eat a lower carb diet for his health issues and he also needs to lose weight, and I need to eat enough carbs to get me through training for this marathon while losing weight. Ray and I started this diet on Monday and so far...so good! I feel that this is a plan that we can both not only live with, but get healthier with while losing the excess weight! I know myself AND Ray and we both need a somewhat structured diet plan....otherwise it's too easy to convince ourselves that we aren't overeating as much as we REALLY are! Well....gotta DASH!!
