What event are you training for? I’m working on some Speedy Half Training…more specifically the Get Lucky 21K in Minneapolis and then the Eau Claire Half. I’m aiming for a sub 2 hour half…we will see, this winter weather makes me slow (or that is my excuse!).

What does your training schedule look like this week?
What is the temperature where you are right now? And how cold is too cold to workout outdoors? The basic temp isn’t what I look at it is the “real feel” temp that gets me worried! So far in 2011 I’ve roughed it for a run in 2*, which translated into –15* with wind chill! It was cold…
Does your significant other ever workout with you? Not really. We mountain bike together and sometimes I can talk him into biking along on one of my runs, but usually not so much. As I’ve mentioned, I am trying to convince him to spin with me…so far, no luck!
What other events are on your list of must dos for 2011? Beat the Freeze Biathlon (run/shoot paintball gun!) – March 12th Cinco Du Mayo Duathlon (run/bike/run) – May 7th Fargo Half – May 21st
At the moment I’m not looking beyond the end of May for races…we have stuff going on in June. Big stuff that requires planning that would get in the way of marathon training which is why I don’t have the Fargo FULL on my list. *sad face*
