Exhibit A: Emilia's Signature Oatmeal
1/2 cup oven-toasted oats
(I use Country Choice Organic Whole Grain Oats, from Trader Joe's)
1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Low-Fat Granola with Almonds
Bring almond milk to a very light boil.
Add in oats and blueberries. Cook for three minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve and sprinkle granola on top.
Enjoy! Paired best with a cup of coffee. (What "Emilia Breakfast" isn't paired well with coffee??)
