I saw this workout from Tribesports, it’s supposed to be a simple workout you can do without much equipment. However, I’m not sure how you’re supposed to do that Australian pull-up without some kind of aid. Maybe go to a park and find a railing to do it? I certainly don’t have anything like that in my house!
