Before you grab those chips and soda…

This post doesn’t have anything to do with running (sometimes I get a little crazy and break my own rules), but I know a lot Elizathon readers (billions and billions of them) are into healthy living as a whole. Well, here’s one more reason to try to stick to whole or minimally processed foods as much as you can. Obviously more research needs to be done, but it certainly will help deter me next time I reach for the junk:
