Try walking for less time, such that you don't get the cramps. See if your body, over time, gets stronger and you don't have the cramps. Every couple of weeks increase your distance by about 10%. Also, eat a banana every day and drink enough water that you stay hydrated. If you are hydrated, your urine should be clear or maybe a slight color but not a darker color.
