5 pounds down after one week of following the Dash Diet for Weight Loss plan (well, MOSTLY following it!) and I have to say that I am feeling pretty motivated to stick with it!! I did veer off course a LITTLE on Sunday, due to a Christmas party, but I wasn't as bad as I COULD have been, given the wonderful food at this event!
I haven't done as much running as I would have liked over the past week, but we have had some really nasty weather! I don't mind running in light rain, but pouring, COLD rain is another story altogether....YUK!
I have done some weight lifting and stretching exercises, as well as a good amount of walking. I am really trying to incorporate a lot more weight work because my arms are FAT, GROSS and JIGGLY!!
