I got up at 5:45 am to get my run in since I', leaving on a business trip. I need to squeeze all the miles in I can this week. Man it was a hard 4 miles. I don't know if my home treadmill is harder than the clubs or I was just tired, but it was an effort to get through. I played the speed up during commercial games to make it at least somewhat interesting. Also sprinted the last 1/2 mile slowing increasing the speed to 9.0 to simulate the last of a race kick. Now my legs hate me. I took time again to do a 5 min walk cool down and then stretch. I really think that is making the difference. I need to get at least one run on the road then big miles on the weekend.
