17 Day Diet- Day 3

Today was just as easy as the first two days.  In fact I fnished the largest bowl of green beans and mushrooms that I’ve ever seen!  It was so yummy.  I’ve gotten cravings at night for something sweet but I’ve pretty much cleaned the house out of sweet stuff so that I wouldn’t cave in to temptation.

I got on the scale this morning I’m down 2 pounds but that’s water weight. That’s another thing, I’ve drank so much water I could float boat.  In the book , it’s recommended that warm water with lemon be the first thing you drink of a morning to help move things around, but I’ve found coffee is still my go to thing.

Also I didn’t get in a workout due to the fact that it is raining like crazy here and to be honest I wanted to go home and hibernate while it rained. So, I did.  Not a good excuse but you know sometimes a girls gotta do what a girl WANTS to do!

Wednesday 3/21/12 Results

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my Bodymedia  (not a paid for comment, I really do love it!)?  I think I love it especially now that I can just sync it with my phone and see everything I need to see (thank you Mr. Bluetooth Guy).

I realize this diet promises extremely fast weight loss results but I’m okay with it if I only lose a pound or two a week.  I’m already eating healthier than I was this time last week. It goes with the saying, something is better then nothing (and without a plan you plan to fail). So right now I think I’m doing pretty good.
