Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my Bodymedia (not a paid for comment, I really do love it!)? I think I love it especially now that I can just sync it with my phone and see everything I need to see (thank you Mr. Bluetooth Guy).
I realize this diet promises extremely fast weight loss results but I’m okay with it if I only lose a pound or two a week. I’m already eating healthier than I was this time last week. It goes with the saying, something is better then nothing (and without a plan you plan to fail). So right now I think I’m doing pretty good.
