I survived day 2 of the 17 Day Diet. Yes I woke up with the nasty headache that I went to bed with but after some OTC meds. all is good in my world again. Shameful but true. It was either suffer with the dumb headache and end up at home at the end of my day with no workout OR I take the meds and guess what…….get the workout in. And I did all of it. 5 miles in the South Mississippi March heat. More like humidity.
Very proud of my day.
Breakfast was chicken left over from lunch the day before and grapes.
Lunch was snowpeas and chicken (yum, my favorite and I had enough leftover for tomorrow!)
Snack apple and Chobani greek yogurt
Dinner: mushrooms and chicken……..i was too tired to eat much more.
