I wanted to get in 10 miles yesterday, but waking up with a huge headache was not in the plans. I was a little bummed, but with 13.1 Los Angeles next weekend, I knew getting any miles in would be okay since I did get in ten last weekend. I am going to try to get in a longer run one morning this week, between 6-8 miles, but we’ll see how it goes. If I just get in three four milers I will be happy. I cannot believe the first race of the year is already here and it will be a great starting place for the miles to get much higher in training for Arkansas, which I know it will be here before I know it.
Besides the four miler, I got in another 3 miles on Saturday, to and from the gym and got in a great weight workout as well. It’s really time to kick it up into high gear with eating clean, and working out and I’m looking forward to it. Before you know it, summer will be here!
Friday night we went out for a friends Birthday, it was pretty fun.
And of course spent all weekend snuggling with this little face, it never gets old does it?
