Hi!! My name is Cayla and fitness and healthy living are my passions. I'm currently studying for my personal trainer certification. I love running and just completed my first marathon in June, along with 4 half-marathons this year. I'm training for triathlons and placed in a recent duathlon. I love competition and challenging myself! I have a beautiful daughter who is 2 and she inspires me each day.
