Hi, I'm Ron, and I'm an ME/CFS survivor (so far anyway), 24 years and counting. I am, at the time of writing, pretty much housebound. This restricts me to mostly sedentary pastimes - reading, blogging, occasionally sloping off to the pub, and cooking when I can, which isn't as often as I'd like.... Full Bio
